Turbo is the best tool

This is my first time using TurboTax. I thought it could be hard, but it wasn't. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. If you have an error, the system will help you identify it and fix it immediately.

Do Better on fees

Not happy with the charge. Started taxes all but signing it was 79.00 then came back later to finish the fee went to 99.00 do better turbo. Unreal went up 20.00 extra dollars. Want be using you next time.

Trash. Spam you with upgrade options and then force you to a higher plan anyway. Glad I could pay you guys to tell me I had to pay. Only reason I stuck with it is I'm too lazy to switch. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

Annoying program. Need real people, less AI.

Very tedious this year. Usually able to complete quickly, but too many AI interruptions-ending up in endless loop when trying to resolve issues. Stacey was great.
