Wont use a CPA again

Always an easy and fast experience - I love the way information is inputed for me already. I have been filing with turbo tax for years and last year tried to use a CPA. Well I came back to turbo tax and remembered why I always chose them.

Problem with New York State form 1099R

Went smoothly until the end. The NY State return requires box 2a and box 16 to be the same on form 1099R.
That added hours to completion. I called your tech support the next day and was able to go back and change the values. Please see if you can correct this snafu.
