Decent product, but CRAPPY business practices

Stop with the attempted upselling. I don't need to be reminded of your extra products and services every other screen. Furthermore, the added $40 charge for paying with the refund WITHOUT TELLING ME THAT UP FRONT is CRAPPY and STOP DOING IT. BE CLEAR ABOUT ALL CHARGES.
