Probably won't use Turbotax again

They keep telling you it is free to file through TurboTax, but they make you upgrade. You don't even have a choice and then they charge you a $40 processing fee to pay the upgrade with your tax return. Ridiculous.

Turbo Tax was expensive

It was a challenge, the downloaded version wouldn't work. So I ended up paying 3 times more money.

Very easy to follow. Amazing how something so simply can be followed. I would recommend TurboTax to all of my friends.

I am not impressed with having to have to choose the deluxe version to file because of a tax credit. May be switching tax prep next year.
