I will continue to use TurboTax

most of the process was simply. However, a few areas and questions were above my accounting skills - which are few! Help from an expert TurboTTax would have been helpful in my situation

TurboTax Helped a Rookie

I had never done my own taxes before, so all of the information was pretty helpful when I clicked on the question marks. The hardest part was making sure that I had all of the documents. It turned out that I didn't need to itemize, but it walked me through and helped me see how the standard deduction would be better.

Returns didn't take too long. The disappointment was tot total cost after the initial prices. Their seems to be too many add ons.
