A bit expensive, but it's still a helpful service since in this country we are forced to do our taxes this way.

Told me I was eligible for American Opportunity Tax Credit, then didn't tell me I needed to pay $59 to upgrade to Turbo Tax Deluxe until the very end because I was eligible. Also wanted to charge an extra $40 if I chose to pay for Deluxe with my Tax Return when it comes, pretty sleazy tactics.
