3rd time filing, each time has been easy and they provided all resources needed to help me through the process. i like how they automatically fill in and register your information from previous tax reports if you've filed with them more than once, makes it much quicker.

This tax return website is very user friendly and easy to understand. The prompts are logical and they side bar is extremely helpful if you have any questions about a particular filing status or anything else related to filing taxes.

MFS with NRA. The Ruthven experience!

I recently used Turbotax to file my taxes as my status changed last year. I couldn't be more satisfied with experience. Ruthven, my Turbotax support representative, was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process. From the moment I began filing, Ruthven walked me through each step with clarity and patience, explaining complex tax terminology and helping me understand what forms i needed as filing MFS with a non-resident alien spouse who doesn't reside in the US. Ruthven's expertise was evident, especially when it came to the more confusing aspects of NRA filing. I was worried about missing important details, but Ruthven's detailed explanations reassured me that everything was on track. Overall, TurboTax made filing taxes straightforward, and Ruthven's exceptional support made the experience even better. Thank you TurboTax! And Ruthven, you are the best!

First time tax filer since I am no longer a dependent. TurboTax was recommended by my older sister. It was very user friendly and made filing taxes for the first time a fun experience.
