This year I did taxes on the turbotax.intuit.com website, verses buying a download. it worked very well and plan on using it in the future.

I'm a little upset that it made me pay for it twice and would not accept my payment confirmation code or let me file my taxes without paying a second time

Easy to use however I did not get answers to my questions satisfactorily regarding Active Military get the use of Turbo tax products for free and I was told that in the end I would not be charged the $69 for Deluxe. It would not let me file without accepting Deluxe over my retirement account.
