Hidden fees.

Not really helpful. Too many hidden fees. They advertise it as being super cheap or "free" but the further you go into the process it ends up costing more and more and more.

Turbotax gets the job done

Turbotax simplifies things and provides answers to questions you may have about terms that are not familiar to you. It would be good to have an option for free filing when you make less than a certain amount.

Love Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for many, many years. Only once did I go to a CPA and I shouldn't have because it came out the same as Turbo Tax. Love Turbo Tax!
