Made it so there was no way for me to pick the free option as active duty military, already don't make a lot of money, am now out 60 more dollars. Great, just needed one more thing for the day.

Entering updated direct deposit info was awkward. Rena was great at finding the answer and walking me through the process. Also, screen sharing only worked on my phone, not on PC.
