TurboTax Online Deluxe

In past years TurboTax displayed the running total of my expected tax bill/refund at the top of the screen, which was helpful as it showed what steps resulted in a change in my bill/refund. This year there was no running total displayed, and my federal tax bill increased by $500 while doing my state return and I have no idea why - it was not explained why my federal bill changed while I did my state return, and with no running total displayed, I did not see what step might have resulted in the change.

It was a bit of a hassle at first, but I guess that comes along with doing it yourself. In the End I needed assistance and they walked me through everything, and checking it twice! It was a nice experience. Thank you TurboTax!
