120.00 for what should be a free tax filing

I selected to file my federal and state taxes together. They charged me twice for each file individually costing me $120.00 to file taxes that should have been free. I am not in school I only have a W2 and HSA. I should have paid nothing and they double charged me.

Terrible experience

Was forced to purchase the $67 Deluxe version to complete my return, and struggled with 1099-R forms. The path to follow using the tool made it very difficult to see what was going to be taxed. Very unINUITive.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
