Surprise ending

It was great as far as fun finding great credits and deductions and comparing itemization next to standard deduction,.. but the extra $40 "processing" fee at the very end puts a bad taste in your mouth like a "hidden" fee

Mostly positive, however some sections do not have clear explanations, such as the topic of "credible health insurance coverage required. Otherwise, it works well. Strange how it the online planform does not maintain all of my previous years return stored in my account or profile.
