I hate how you have to pay now. We all deserve our maximum amount when it’s time and not to pay even more while doing so. It’s also stupid that there’s a 40% PROCESSING FEE IF YOU TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR TAXES!!! Only good thing is that they help me do taxes, that’s it…

False advertising

Hated being told the deluxe package would only to 59 dollars to find out that it's 59 for the deluxe, 59 for federal, and 59 for state. After all that I was left with about 50 bucks due to the 177 dollars in fees.
