Easy to use and answer questions thoroughly I will recommend to friends and family for future filing. Heard about this service from my neighbor. She always files with Turbo Tax. Used to be overwhelmed when filing taxes but Turbo Tax made it so easy. Loved that it walked me through all the available deductions.

Love it but watch out for those fees!

I love Turbo Tax but when I wanted to have the payment taken out of my refund I was happy until I read the fine print of there being an additional 40.00 processing fee on top of the fee. Greedy companies while we struggle to make ends meet. I stay with them because I have been with them for years but my loyalty is costing me.
