Forced to upgrade service therefore have a deduction in refunds. Slight rip off.

Tired of what I finally realized was crappy service from blockhead (hint hint ) I tried doing it myself with the help of Turbo. I have never looked back.

CHARGED MY CARD??

I chose the option to pay for the services from my refund, the app still prompted me to put in my card info. I restarted the phone, the app, everything and it still prompted for my card info regardless of choosing the pay from refund option. When I pressed submit the app charged my card immediately. That was not the option I chose, thank you for the services I just hope my redund doesnt get charged as well.
