User friendly app. Easy to follow. We've always had someone do our taxes. It was our first time filing our own and it was so easy. Never again will I pay someone to do our taxes

Takes your money

My experience was horrible, how can you charge 60 dollars for me to do my own taxes and than charge me again another 40 dollars for a processing fee and take most of my hard earned refund I am telling everyone I know not to use this service.
