Good but nothings really free

It was honestly really good and straight forward til the end when I was forced to upgrade and spend extra money out of the refund that I just hand-inputted (because I originally chose the free option). It was because there was an American Opportunity Tax Credit that's not part of the free version. I feel like the most amount of people who are using the free option of turbotax are students saving money so it seems silly for this tax credit to decline the free version.
