Turbo Tax "free" with extra fees

This year they forced me to pay for their services even though I completed the whole process without needing any of their paid services. They wouldn't let me continue without paying them at the end. They also add their own fee onto everything.

Loved it... super easy to do my own taxes. They walk you through everything & fill in the blanks for you & also put everything into laymens terms so u understand it
