The only reason it took me over an hour to complete my return was that I had to verify a couple of things over the phone and I was put on hold. Otherwise, simple and easy to use

Too Many Advertisements

While the actual process was fairly easy, there was no clear option for when I was not exactly "self employed" but did not qualify for a W-2. The fact that you continually pushed upgrades I neither wanted nor needed, interrupting my process and attempts to understand what I needed to input, was also very annoying and unappreciated.
