Easy to Use for the most part. The only issue is when it pulls up a form to enter missing info I had already entered. That form needs a better interface. It's very confusing as if excel or some accounting document has been imported into the app window. Other than that, it's very user friendly.

No complaints about the this. But if I have to complain about something is the you guys trick people to paying more for the service. I choose not to do the delux one I I still ended up paying $120 something. It didn’t even let me choose the max one.

you are charging a fee on my taxes and forcing me to pay to sign up as well, its a a ridiculous and greedy practice to charge and force a subscription, do better.
