forced to upgrade

It's easy to follow along, but when it comes to military discount I expect to file for free, but the program forced me to upgrade because of something going on with my filing and if i didn't it wasn't going to give me a tax break. It should not cost $168 to file my taxes on here when I do it myself.

Why do I have to pay I've been with you for 5 years I think k that the loyal customers shouldn't have to pay over 150 dollars just to file
