Not like it used to be

TurboTax used to be great it was free and they only charged for the extra services. Now they charge you fees for everything including direct depositing your return in your account.

Turbotax too expensive

Cost too much money. Simple nonresident account was charged 180 usd for this! It's like I'm getting ripped off

Always trying to scam customers out of more money at each page. Horrible product, unclear and confusing. If you need to make money, simply charge a flat fee for the product. Horrible product
