Kind of bummed but still worked out good

Because of my unemployment this year I was asked to use the paid for version of TurboTax however I didn't even use there assistance and still got charged $207 I wasn't very happy with that but everything else I was happy with

Forced Upgrade Scam

I loved Turbo Tax. I used them two years in a row and they made filing my taxes very quick and easy. This is my third year using them and once I had completed everything, now they tell me I cannot file like I have the last few years without upgrading. Was told they would charge me $69, and when at checkout, I now have to pay another $59 to file my FREE state tax form. Total scam. Very satisfied customer turned EXTREMELY DISGRUNTLED

Turbo Tax Stress-free and Easy Breezy

Turbo tax app makes it very easy to do your taxes . It allows you to double check your input on info needed whereas if you make a mistake you can go back and correct it. But the turbo tax app also does the double check and let's you know that something could be wrong or missing info that is very importantly needed but it makes it very easy no stress
