I don’t like that it’s ask to upgrade to max 5 times and forces me to use deluxe no matter what I feel like this is no longer free to file …

False advertising

The ad said it was free to file but it still ended up costing me the same as if I had ended up going to the accountant, and they kept trying to upsell me programs throughout the process

Scam

Not happy about waiting all the way till the end to tell me HSA was not included in basic return. That advertised I needed to file with them for 69$ then went all the way up to 160$ with state fee and processing fee. Joke.
