I haven’t engaged with any turbo tax agents, but this app taught me how to file my own tax without having to pay too much out of pocket, so far I had the best experience with turbo tax

There are very deceptive methods this company uses to get people frustrated and confused forcing them to pay for more products than they need to. It's unacceptable I will not be using this system for filing anymore

Too expensive for a senior couple with bulk of income coming from social security. This was a simple tax return that was overly complicated
