turbo tax is ok

Do not tell the customer that you got them when you do not. if the price is one thing do not change it at the end and also let people know they are going to be charged fees and taxes.

Took nearly 25% of my refund. Better off just going to an actual accountant. Plus they kept throwing me in a loop, answering the same questions over and over again while asking if I wanted premium service for more money. Whole time they’re just trying to milk you

Works, sometimes not not intuitive

This was the first time I used the software, so it was a little confusing sometimes. The scanning documents worked for most of the docs, but really messed up one doc that took a long time to delete and correct the information.
