Faster than last year!

Quick and easy this year. The system estimated a 59 min return, but it was complete in 29 min! (state and federal total time).

Glitching!

It was having a glitch in the final review. It took me several hours and had to call for tech support. I had a simple return and was still charged $69 plus tax. I won't be filing with this next year.

Exceptional online assistance.

It went great until we got to the check list. Able to clear 4 of 6 items but the last 2, involving 1099-R forms for military retirement and Civil Service. The checklist stated there was a problem but never specified what it was. After about an hour we asked for and received online help with shared screen. The agent was exceptionally tolerant with my frustrations and, although the issues were never specified, we did get resolution and were able to complete the process. Exceptionally satisfied with the online assistance.

Over priced and App is glitchy.

App would keep crashing. Definitely over priced for what you get. I could go do a in person filing for half the cost but never have time. So 2 stars for convenience that’s about it.
