Way to expensive for not doing anything. Kept defaulting me into live and couldn't downgrade out of it. Only time I used live help was to figure out how to downgrade. Restarted 3 times. Nice to know let's start for free means $69 and then processing finished oh by the way the $40 to pay through your refund isn't apart of the outrageous fee paid for not providing any help or benefit of a higher refund with a VERY basic return. We also won't make you aware of that until the absolute very end.

Being Forcibly Charged by Turbo Tax

30 unnecessary questions, poorly worded questions to add confusion to an already annoying process. Gave me the option to pay with my federal return and then just decided to force me to pay out of pocket anyway.
