Too costly

1 star only because I can use it to do my own taxes. However, all the hidden fees make it not worth it. I’ve used TurboTax for about 7 years but this might be my last year. It’s getting worse every single tax season!

First Time filing for myself

As a first timer you’d expect me to go crazy and honestly I did near the end. Only because it was asking info on my last year tax but I didn’t have that info , so I had to wait days for my docs to be confirmed via email and video call . But everything worked out in the end and I definitely will be do this more often instead of having someone else filing for me .
