2 major bugs introduced this year causing problems

TurboTax has 2 MAJOR bugs this year:
1. The "5 days early" feature has not been tested. Something about "unable to verify your identity"... what? Had no problem for years...
2. Support for Mononyms was removed this year. Don't now why they have decided to block customers from using their product.

TurboTax+ Credit Karma= Garbage

Easy to use but the new partnership with credit karma is absolute garbage. How can you verify who I am to pull my credit report but not for a refund advance loan that I got several times before the partnership. Again garbage.
