My regular tax preparer retired after 20+ years and I decided to see about doing it myself. TurboTax was easy, answer the questions and input the info where needed and off you go. Will use again next year.

Made me repeat the entire filing process at least 3 or 4 times. Would not allow me to file for free even though the forms I submitted should’ve been free

It has gotten so fast and easy! Especially getting info from tax forms. Whether taking pictures or downloading from phone. Trying to type in or find institutions used to be a pain.
