Good but misleading

I gave it 2 stars because although it’s a user friendly app it’s falsely advertised that it’s free. It was NOT free.

Should have been told that I was going to get charged an additional $40.00 as a fee for taking the cost of the program from my return on top of the cost of the program for doing my taxes before I began the arduous task and no longer had the desire to do it again. It would be more honest to just tell a person ahead of time that they would be charged extra for taking the cost of doing their taxes out of their taxes.
