It was 3 times as difficult to use and navigate than the previous computerized version. I plan on finding a different way to file next year.

Losing most of my tax return to pay for a "simpler process" is awesome. Find another place to file your tax return. There are better options.

First time I used this and it was not that hard to use. Quite easy. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to go to a tax preparer some of those people are mean. This was much better to deal with.

Somehow, instead of going thru TurboTax, I went thru Intuit. It was more convoluted than I've experienced with Turbo Tax and I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Not sure why it took me to Intuit. Doing donations was a little more difficult than with TurboTax. I will make sure that I am in the right product next year. This is the first time I have not used a CD and went online instead.
