Constant upselling is a big negative

I think TurboTax was a great product in the past. However the constant attempts to upsell to an higher level are a big negative. Also the several attempts to get the user to allow their data to be used for marketing is also a big negative. You have to be very careful with what you are agreeing to. There should be only one screen to select product level and one screen clearly indicating you want to share data beyond what is necessary for tax preparation.

Takes your money

Gets the job done easy, but takes a fūck ton of your money, originally had 233 but their “fees” only left me with 65
Pros: My employment status changed this year
