Turbo Tax Does Not Provide a Free Tax Return

I have used all types of free tax return applications. This was the only time I was lied to. I never paid for the return in any manner or for any reason. Using the Home Heating Credit & Child Credit as an excuse is unfair and lie about free tax return. Then charging for my State Return is atrocious and again a bate and switch tactic. Then when I was stuck having to use your service I chose to pay with my return and then you wanted a $40 processing fee, Absolutely inhumane for those of us scrapping by.

Turbo Tax is ok, just not for first timers.

Worked fairly well, if you didn't have prior experience with taxes you would be lost. Too many repetative questions and offers to upgrade turbo tax. final check over and filing got messed up by misleading instructions and acceptances, program said I was done after inserting my agi number. got notification the next day that it had not been done.
Signing into my existing account is also a pain, just let me use my password everything else is over kill.
