I’m really not sure why such a challenging Time on this app usually it’s so simple and very easy. Fortunately, I got to speak to Miss Billy that helped me through the rest of my process. I was a nervous wreck upset and she just went over the top to be patient with me to keep me focused oriented on task and I appreciated her so much thank you so much. Miss Billy. You just made my whole year!!!
