Been using this service since I started working and each year it has strayed further from being the “free and easy to use tax service” but haven’t been made to pay yet until this year. Was made to pay which I wasn’t happy about but said it would only be $69 (down from $79) but by the time it came to checkout it was close to $200 just for having to file my taxes myself. Can pay less or the same than that at other tax service competitors and have to do less myself.
