usually it works very well this year though it had a lot of glitchy action and seemed to skip sections until i went back looking for them. it let me move on with out asking why nop college expenses even though i said i have 2 in college almost missed those credits

An agent called and helped me change my direct deposit info. She was patient, kind and helpful! My brain was so focused on finishing the return that I forgot her name. 🙁
