DO BETTER, Turbo Tax!!!

I have used Turbo Tax to file my returns since the beginning when you had to physically buy the CD & install the program on a computer. Federal was free & State was $39, or something to that nature. My fees today are $203. $40 MORE to pay THEIR FEES from my Federal return. WHAT? $35 for 5 days faster deposit when its SUPPOSED to be 5 days faster for direct deposit, regardless! These fees were non-existent last Tax season.

Extremely expensive. They sell your data and the estimated time is always wrong. 1hour usually runs 1:40 ( and then the timer stops but you still have about an hour of hoops to jump through). Plan for about 3 hours.
Some of the importing doesn't work, however the major bugs seem to have finally been smoothed over.

I love how easy and fast it is to file my taxes with TurboTax. TurboTax explains everything and helps me understand every step of the process. I will definitely use this service again.
