False Advertising

I was charged for Turbo Federal and State. I am 76 years old and retired. Their add said both were free. I am angry. I was charged $128 and if I wanted my refund in five days there was another charge of $39. This was not a good deal. I've been using Turbo tax for years and I don't remember ever having to pay.

Not free as advertised

TurboTax is easy to use but deceptive. They say start for free, not telling you that you will have to pay at the end. You think you are using the free version, only to find out that they forced you to upgrade to deluxe because even though I only have a W2 form and nothing else, that is considered more "complicated." So I feel like their advertising is deceptive.
