Very unhelpful. I searched for over 30 minutes for where to put in my FSA and kept being told "later." It also asks the same 5 questions several times for some reason.

It cost me more to use SOFTWARE to file my taxes than I'm getting from the government
The way taxes are done is a scam by the irs to make more money for the government, we pay turbo tax to help us find out if we owe money...the irs already knows whom owes who want when it comes to our taxes...they make a ton of money off these tax services
