Turbo tax review

The process is very fast! Employment w-2s are uploaded very easily! If you've used them before the process is super quick! My only dissatisfaction are the fee amounts. I just think they're excessively high but I pay them anyway to get an accurate refund.

Found this year's app difficult and not as user friendly as prior years. The ads to upgrade are annoying and distracting from preparing the return. Intuit/Turbo Tax has been great for many years but this year, 78, I struggled. All the ad pop ups feel like being forced to drink. I prefer one or two detailed informing ones, when choosing and when purchasing. All the others are irritating. I also find consent forms not clearly explained in simple plain English preferable than legal mumbo jumbo. I just pass by if unclear
