I have been using TurboTax for a few years. I wanted to use the free version. Which I thought I was using, but at the end of my tax preparation I was shown a price to pay. Why was that? Its supposed to be free,right?

Get's easier to use every year, clear instructions on what to do. Also gives you helpful explanations if you aren't sure on each step. It also reviews and makes sure you aren't missing any information.
