Sneaky cheaters

I didn't like that you didn't offer the free service you kept offering a deluxe service and I inadvertently clicked on it and now I have to pay $128 for your service when I could have got it for free but no you made it confusing so I'm not very happy with it but I'm going to use it anyway cuz I can't help it

Online version unfriendly

unable to import last years info to online copy. Much more difficult to use than previous copies using a CD. Not as user friendly as previous desktop versions.

What a waste of time. Don’t recommend to anyone who is trying to do taxes. It’s full of ads to make you upgrade to a “better” or “deluxe” version. Basically the same thing as McDonald’s trying to make you buy the larger meal. 10 times it asked me to buy the Deluxe turbo tax and when I said no all 10 times it asked me a 11th time. If I was 90 years old I would fall for this begging scam that they force down your throats.
