It was difficult to handle the situation where a person works in one state but lives in another state. My state (KY) has a reciprocal agreement (I believe) with Ohio but the software apparently doesn't recognize it, so I had to do a work around. I have no idea if it's going to work, but I know I haven't had to file Ohio forever. I know that help is available through the software, but there's an upcharge.

This is the first year that it was fast and easy. This year I only had one W2 nothing else. Paid $128. Is expensive for something so simple.
