It is easy to use. Even though it’s not free I get peace of mind. I have been useing TurboTax for years .

Starting it was great, easy access and friendly user. But once you go back to review the information it locked me up for like one day. It kept telling me password was incorrect, too many tries to try again in 14 minutes. I tried again in like 25 minutes or so. Still locked, unable to get in. Restarted computer to see if it was my computer and tried again like in 30 minutes or so, still locked. I guess too many tries it locks you for a while. I finally tried again the next day and still locked, I had to put in a wrong password to give me the option to change password and I did and enter a new password and finally was able to sign in. That was a hassle and it was frustrating. But I'm all set now. One happy customer after having a hard time signing in. Thank you.

It was easy and explanatory. Hard to get the payment going and then thought it charged double and that was just a little confusing.

Be careful

Had to do my taxes twice. First time, was told I owed for the first time in my life. Panicked. Wiped out and started over, numbers were back inline to where they should be. First time I have had an issue in 7 years
