Tax Professional Using TurboTax For the First Time

deceptive sales practices

I didn't like that the cheapest option for which product to choose to fill out my taxes and for file was hidden and was only revealed when I clicked on something. This caused me to initially choose the wrong product, so that I had to start over and and thus it took twice as long as it should. The constant attempt to upgrade is also annoying

i wish i can rate with 0 stars, nothing helpful at all, charges for anything, false advertisement, this companies and the insurance ones ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
