Costs an arm and a leg to just select everything myself and it didn’t save any of my information from the last 2 years so I think next year I’ll be finding a better option

Terrible platform to do taxes.

Terrible service, stupid I have to pay for this service, stupid how much you charge for said service in turn taking away my entire return. This service is something I’m FORCED to do and yall take every penny I was suppose to get back. Horrible service and I hope nobody uses this platform again. And I will never recommend any to use it. As a matter of fact I will tell everyone to turn away from this horrible horrible horrible platform.
