In 2026 Turbo Tax completely sucks

I have used programs to file taxes for years (turbo tax, Tax act, etc). I have also filed on paper. I switched years ago to tax software because it was easier. That is no longer the case. This was the worst year yet. No question mark prompts on 3/4 s of the lines so you had to type a question into AI to understand what you were being asked. Ridiculous answers so then I had to go on the internet to find answers. I will never use Turbo Tax again. Also every second screen it asks you to upgrade. I could not hate tax prep software any more than I hate turbo Tax.

extremely expensive and not worth it. Minimal Ai help is $89 and then they charge it seperatley if you work in other states so on top of taxes you have to pay the app hundreds of dollars for your taxes to be rejected.
